Our Story.
Perfect Practice was formed in December 2003 because of my perceived need for more reliable and technically able building services to the dental industry. With a plumbing trade behind me, over a decade of project management and complex construction experience, I have always had the technical backing to give the brand a point of difference.
Rather than being just another building company (which there are plenty of), we sought to differentiate ourselves by providing a level of service and professionalism that set us apart from the many notoriously unreliable “tradies” that our clients were accustomed to dealing with. It has been embedded in our core values from conception to provide a full experience that is second to none – whether that be technical expertise, attention to detail, on time completion, first-class customer service or simply listening intently to our clients, it has always been more than “just a building project” to us. Whilst our initial focus was purely dental, we quickly broadened this to encompass all healthcare services professionals, who we continue to serve today.
In 2003, we started in a small 5 x 5 office as a family business in Silverwater, NSW which we quickly outgrew and moved to a rented factory and office at 9 Anvil Road, Seven Hills, NSW. We employed our first Designer and Project Manager in the same year and have continued to grow, so much so we have outgrown our current site next door at 11 Anvil Road! As a passionate and forward-thinking company, we anticipate continued success and growth and will consequently be moving to a new Sydney location at the end of 2025.
Perfect Practice also has a strong presence in Perth, Queensland, Victoria and ACT. We employ local teams with a strategically located Design Studio and welcome Clients to visit for onsite consultations and design briefings.
From the outset, our vision to provide a whole new level of client-centric service and expertise to the healthcare profession has been our guiding light. Today I can say with absolute conviction that this philosophy has never run more strongly through our organisation and is the uniting passion throughout our dedicated team.
